Allied health marketing

Why clinics choose Caffeinated Marketing.

You didn’t get into allied health to become a marketer. We take the website, search and social side off your plate so you can focus on your patients.

Compliance built in

Allied health practitioners are bound by the same AHPRA advertising rules as doctors. We write and review every page with the guidelines in mind, so there are no testimonials, outcome promises or misleading claims hiding on your site.

Found by local patients

Most people look for a physio or psychologist close to home. We set up your Google Business Profile and local SEO so your clinic shows up when someone nearby goes searching.

Booking made easy

A good website turns a visitor into an appointment. We make it simple to book online, call or send an enquiry from any device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Contact us ›
Which allied health professions do you work with?
We work with physiotherapists, chiropractors, podiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians and other allied health clinics, from solo practitioners to multi-site practices.
Can I show patient reviews on my website?
Not in the way most businesses do. AHPRA’s advertising guidelines don’t allow testimonials about clinical care in your advertising, and that includes your website. We’ll show you compliant ways to build trust instead.
How long does SEO take for a clinic?
Most clinics see movement in local search within a few months, but it depends on your competition, your website and how established your Google Business Profile is. We’ll give you an honest assessment after your free audit.
Can you connect our online booking system?
In most cases, yes. We can link to or embed the booking system you already use so patients can book straight from your website. Let us know which platform you’re on and we’ll confirm.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. Sometimes a refresh and some targeted SEO work is enough. Our free audit will tell you whether your current site can be improved or whether a rebuild makes more sense.
